Terms & Conditions
By engaging the services of Glenda MV LLC, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure a professional and safe working environment for both our crew and our clients.
1. Payment Terms
Standard payment terms are as follows:
- Residential/One-time Projects: Payment is due in full upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Commercial/Contract Projects: Invoices are issued with Net 15 or Net 30 terms depending on the contract agreement.
- Accepted Methods: We accept checks, and bank transfers.
- Late payments may be subject to a 5% late fee per month.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Construction schedules are fluid, but our staffing is planned in advance. Please note our policy:
- Notice Period: We require at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or major rescheduling.
- Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee equal to 25% of the estimated project cost.
- Site Readiness: If our team arrives and the site is not ready for cleaning (e.g., active construction still underway in the cleaning zone), a Dry Run fee of $150 may be applied.
3. Satisfaction & Returns (Refunds)
Due to the nature of cleaning services, we do not offer cash refunds. However, we guarantee our work:
- Correction Window: If any area was missed or not cleaned to the agreed upon standard, please notify us within 24 hours of project completion.
- Resolution: We will send a crew back to rectify the specific issue at no additional cost to you.
4. Safety and Access
The client is responsible for providing safe access to the property. This includes working electricity, water, and climate control where applicable. Our teams reserve the right to leave a job site if hazardous conditions (e.g., structural instability or chemical leaks) are present.
5. Liability
Glenda MV LLC is fully insured. While we take extreme care, we are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing wear and tear, improper installation of fixtures by other trades, or fragile items not disclosed prior to cleaning.
